Complete guide to using the Student Scabies Monitoring System for CPI
How to log in and navigate the ScabiesGuard system.
Go to your website URL in any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Works on both phone and computer.
Use the login form. Default admin credentials:
Username: admin Password: admin123
After login, you'll see the Dashboard with an overview of all student health data.
The app has 6 main sections, accessible from the sidebar (desktop) or bottom navigation bar (mobile):
Statistics, charts, and recent activity overview
Register, search, view, and manage students
Upload photos for AI scabies analysis
Prescribe and track medications
Log daily activities and care tasks
Record checkup progress over time
Your at-a-glance view of the scabies monitoring situation across all students.
The top row displays 5 key metrics:

Register students, manage their information, and view their complete health history.
Found at the top-right of the Students page. A registration form will open.

The student is now registered with "healthy" status and appears in all dropdown menus across the app.
Use the search bar to find students by name or ID. Use the status filter dropdown to show only students with a specific status:

Click the eye icon on any student to see their full profile, including:
Edit โ Updates student information. Click the pen icon, modify the fields, and save.
Delete โ Permanently removes the student. You'll be asked to confirm before deletion.
The core feature โ upload skin photos and get instant AI-powered scabies analysis.
Choose the student from the dropdown. Students must be registered first.
Tap the upload area to either:

โข Drag & drop an image (on desktop)
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Max size: 10MB.
Choose where the image was taken from: Hands/Fingers, Wrists, Elbows, Armpits, Waist, Genital Area, Buttocks, Knees, Feet/Ankles, or Other.
Set the observed severity (Mild/Moderate/Severe) and check any visible symptoms:
The AI engine will process the image and return results in seconds.
After analysis, an AI Result Panel appears showing:

The right panel (or below on mobile) shows all past detections with:

Treatment appears in the table with "active" status. Click the button to mark it as "completed" when finished.
Log daily care activities to track everything being done for students.
Opens the activity logging form.
Available activity types:

Mark as Completed, Pending, or Ongoing. Set a follow-up date if needed.
Activities display as a color-coded timeline. Use the student filter dropdown to view activities for a specific student. Each timeline card shows the activity type, student name, description, timestamp, and follow-up date.
Record periodic checkup progress to track healing over time.
Choose the student and set the checkup date (defaults to today).

Take a follow-up photo to visually track healing progress over time. This is optional but highly recommended.
Write any observations and click "Save Checkup Record". The data appears in the student's detail view.
